Mercedes is working on the E-next Class’s generation. It will likely arrive as the W214 at the end of 2022 and resembles a scaled-down S-Class. Mercedes is now doing model testing at the Nürburgring.

The current Mercedes E-Class was introduced in 2016, has subsequently been refreshed, and will be replaced at the end of 2022. The new E-Class will naturally be available as a station wagon in addition to the sedan. A return to an all-terrain model is also envisaged. The convertible model will likely be dubbed the CLE and will also be offered as a four-door coupé due to the combination of the C and E class convertibles.
